Tyler & Hoerning Motors has been a full service General Motors dealership since 1955. Originally started by Paul E Puyear and his partner Arlo Herman. At that time it was know as Paul’s Chevrolet and was located in a building on the south end of Montana street. In 1969 the business was re-located to the present location. In 1982 the Buck and Pontiac lines were added to the business and the name was changed to Paul’s Motor Company. In 1999, Ed Hoerning joined the corporation, and became its General Manager. On January 1, 2003 Karl Tyler purchased the stock interest of Don Puyear, renaming it Tyler & Hoerning Motors. Ed Hoerning continues as the General Manager and Executive Dealer. In the spring of 2005 we added Lube Central to the operation. Tyler & Hoerning Motors employees over 25 local people and because of its connection with the Karl Tyler group of stores can offer a customer a choice of over 1000 new and used vehicles at any one time.
